Hi, I'm Megan.

 

Just a little about me- I'm a Louisiana native and registered dietitian who’s passionate about helping women feel confident, nourished, and at peace with their bodies through every stage of life.

Like so many of the women I now work with, I’ve been there too — confused and frustrated by all the mixed messages about what to eat to support my fertility and hormones. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to try to do “all the right things” and still wonder if it’s enough.

That’s why I created Fueling Fertility - a space where you can find clear, compassionate, and science-backed guidance without all the noise.

As an endorsed Fertility Dietitian through the Early Life Nutrition Alliance, I blend evidence-based nutrition with real-life strategies to help you build a strong foundation for fertility, hormone balance, and long-term wellbeing. My goal is to make fertility nutrition feel approachable, empowering, and deeply nourishing, because supporting your body shouldn’t feel stressful or complicated.
